We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build intuitive, secure, and scalable web applications that bring Scry AI?s products and use cases to life for our enterprise customers. Role Overview As a Full Stack Developer at Scry AI, you will work across the frontend and backend to build product features, internal tools, and customer-facing dashboards for platforms like Auriga, Collatio, and Concentio. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and backend engineers to ship end-to-end solutions. This role demands strong web development skills, clean coding practices, and the ability to translate complex AI workflows into simple user experiences. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Application Development Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications, from UI to backend services Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar) Implement backend APIs, business logic, and integrations using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java Work on dashboards, configuration panels, and workflow UIs for AI-driven use cases in BFSI, insurance, logistics, and industrial operations Collaboration with Product, Design, and Data Science Work with product managers to understand requirements, use cases, and success metrics Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-accurate, production-ready UIs Integrate AI/ML models and document-processing pipelines into the application workflows with data science and backend teams Provide technical input on feasibility, timelines, and trade-offs for new features Code Quality, Testing, and Documentation Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following established standards Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability and regressions control Participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering quality across the codebase Document APIs, modules, and key implementation details for internal stakeholders Performance, Security, and Reliability Optimize frontend performance (load times, rendering, API usage) for a smooth user experience Ensure security best practices across the stack, including authentication, authorization, and data protection Work with DevOps/infra teams on deployments, monitoring, logging, and debugging production issues Contribute to designing scalable architectures that can handle enterprise workloads and growth Required Qualifications and Skills 2?5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role in web application development Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one major framework (React / Angular / Vue) Experience building backend services/APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration patterns between frontend and backend Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and working in Linux-based environments Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Our Ideal Candidate Is comfortable owning features end-to-end, from UX considerations to backend logic and deployment Thinks from the user?s perspective and cares about usability, responsiveness, and polish Enjoys working at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise workflows and is curious to understand how our products create value Is proactive about refactoring, improving performance, and reducing technical debt Is excited to build front doors, dashboards, and tools that make Auriga, Collatio, and Concentio simple and powerful for end users If this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and to see how Scry AI partners with leading enterprises to deploy secure, scalable AI solutions.
