Full Stack Developer Location: Rohini, Delhi (Work From Office) CTC: ?3 LPA About the Role We are hiring a Full Stack Developer who can build applications from the ground up, take full ownership of modules, and deploy stable, production-grade systems. You will work across AI, cloud, automation, and SaaS platforms. Responsibilities Core Development Build end-to-end full-stack applications Backend development using Java / Python / Node.js / PHP / Laravel Design scalable database schemas Develop REST & WebSocket APIs Implement security, optimization & caching Cloud & DevOps Deploy & manage apps on AWS Manage EC2, S3, Route53, Load Balancers Set up monitoring & error tracking Configure CI/CD pipelines Containerize with Docker Frontend Exposure React / Next.js / Vue Tailwind CSS Required Skills Backend Strong fundamentals in Java / Python / PHP / Node.js Frameworks: Spring Boot / Laravel / Express.js / FastAPI Database MongoDB MySQL / PostgreSQL DB design, indexing & optimization DevOps AWS basics Linux basics Docker fundamentals CI/CD understanding Architecture MVC / Microservices Authentication systems Caching layers API documentation & security Mandatory Skills WebSocket streaming Webhooks + reverse webhooks Session state management Queues (Redis / SQS) Audio streaming APIs STT / TTS integrations LLM integrations RAG pipelines Event-driven backend pattern
