Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (React & React Native) Location: Kolkata Experience Level: 5-10 years Language: Excellent English proficiency (both written and verbal) Working Hours: Aligned with UK time zone Salary: 1-1.2 lacs per month(based on experience and qualifications) About the Role We?re looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to help us build, scale, and optimize our web and mobile platforms. You?ll be shipping features, running experiments, and solving meaningful problems that improve customer experience, retention, and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality, scalable code for our React-based website and React Native app . Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI components. Build and maintain integrations with Shopify, third-party APIs, and AI tools. Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver features that drive engagement and CVR. Support backend integrations, API consumption , and performance improvements. Contribute to technical initiatives like UX polish, scalability, and CI/CD enhancements. Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in mobile app development with React Native and React. Strong knowledge of TypeScript, GraphQL, and Next.js. Proven experience with Shopify and eCommerce performance optimization. Excellent understanding of UI/UX best practices and ability to convert Figma designs into production-ready components. Strong grasp of backend integrations and API-driven architecture. Outcome-driven mindset focused on speed, performance, and user experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Experience with AI tools and personalization APIs. Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics, and data-led iteration. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices.
