Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React + Node/Golang + MySQL) Location: Onsite ? Coimbatore Employment: Full-Time About Us We are building next-generation lending and financial platforms used by lenders, loan agencies, and financial institutions. Our systems power CRM, loan origination, loan management, underwriting workflows, channel partner engagement, credit assessment, and financial analytics. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-scale transaction systems, configurable engines, dynamic workflows, and performance-sensitive data models. Role Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience across React, Node.js or Golang, and MySQL database design. The role involves building responsive front-end applications, designing high-performance APIs, and working on scalable financial workflows and data models. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, modular, and scalable front-end applications using React. Build backend services and APIs using Node.js or Golang (preferred exposure to both). Design, optimize, and maintain relational database schemas (MySQL). Implement complex business logic workflows and reusable functional modules. Work closely with UX and Product teams to translate functional requirements into scalable applications. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems and third-party services. Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and work with ORM frameworks. Ensure high performance, security, and reliability across the stack. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and release planning. Support deployments, debugging, and production monitoring. Requirements Hands-on full stack development experience. Strong proficiency in React (Hooks, Context, State Management). Experience in backend development using Node.js or Golang (Golang exposure is a plus). Strong knowledge of MySQL, database schema design, normalization, indexing, and query optimization. Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs. Solid understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD, and development best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business logic into structured code. Bonus / Good to Have Experience with ERP/lending/CRM domain systems. Knowledge of workflow engines, rule engines, templating engines, or no-code builders. Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.). Exposure to state management systems like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
