Role Overview: We?re hiring a Full-Stack Developer who can own both the mobile/front-end (React Native or React) and back-end (Node.js) with a solid SQL foundation. This role is on-site at our Koramangala office. Hard requirement: Your primary stack must be React Native or React, Node.js, and SQL.Deal-breaker: If your core experience is in other languages/frameworks (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, Python, Go, PHP, .NET), this role isn?t a fit. What You?ll Do: Build and maintain features in our React Native (preferred) or React app. Design, implement, and document REST APIs with Node.js (Express or similar). Work directly with SQL databases (Postgres/MySQL): schema design, queries, indices, performance. Collaborate with design/product to turn mockups into smooth, high-performing screens. Debug across mobile and backend; profile and optimize performance. Use AI copilots (Claude/ChatGPT/Copilot) to move faster and write cleaner code. Must-Have Skills: 1?4 years building real apps or full-stack projects. React Native experience preferred; React acceptable if you can ramp on RN quickly. Node.js for server development (Express/Fastify/Nest OK). Solid SQL (joins, transactions, indexing, query optimization). Comfortable context-switching between front-end and back-end. Nice to Have (optional): Mobile packaging & releases (Android/iOS), basic store guidelines. Auth, sessions, and common web/mobile security practices.
