Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React Native, Java (Spring Boot), and Android Native development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building end-to-end mobile and backend solutions. This position is open to remote candidates, but preference will be given to those based in Tamil Nadu to support better collaboration and cultural alignment. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native . ? Work on backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) . ? Contribute to Android Native development as needed (Java/Kotlin). ? Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. ? Ensure optimal application performance, scalability, and security. ? Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. ? Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and tools as required. ? Own the entire development lifecycle from design to deployment. Required Skills: ? 10+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development. ? Strong command over React Native and Android SDK. ? Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and backend integration. ? Familiar with Android native components, services, and architecture. ? Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile workflows, and deployment processes. ? Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Qualifications: ? Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. ? Familiarity with performance optimization tools and techniques.
