Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fullstack Developer(Python) with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic, AI-driven engineering team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, and frontend tools like ReactJs, NextJs along with hands-on experience in tools like Cursor, Augment, or Windsurf. You will be working on building scalable APIs, integrating AI models, and orchestrating workflows using frameworks like Langchain or Crew AI, all while delivering secure and high-performance applications.

• Develop and maintain Python applications Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for backend services, data pipelines, and AI-integrated solutions
• Build scalable APIs and services Design RESTful APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI for web and mobile apps
• Build responsive frontends using React.js or Next.js
• Integrate with AI/LLM systems Implement LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration with Langchain, Crew AI, or similar frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end features
• Integrate APIs and web frameworks Develop server-side logic and third-party API integrations to enhance functionality
• Debug, optimize, and secure applications Identify bugs, improve performance, and apply security best practices
• Use modern developer tools Leverage developer productivity tools such as Cursor, Augment, or Windsurf. Manage environments and dependencies Use UV for efficient Python packaging
• Maintain high code quality Apply formatting and linting tools like black, ruff, and flake8.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend development
• Proficiency in backend frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Experience with ORMs: SQLAlchemy or Django ORM
• Good with ReactJs
• Familiarity with developer tools: Cursor, Augment, Windsurf
• Experience with Poetry, UV, and virtual environments
• Understanding of backend security best practices
• Proficient in code quality tools: black, ruff, flake8
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, Langchain, Crew AI, or AutoGen
• Strong understanding of API design, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and performan

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with task queues (Celery, RQ) and async programming
• Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, or internal tools
