Full Stack Developer - Python and React

We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will work on building and scaling product features across the full stack — designing robust backend services in Python and delivering polished, responsive front-end experiences with React. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)
• Build and enhance responsive front-end features using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and architectural issues across the stack
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality and reliability
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Must-Have

• 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one major framework (Django, FastAPI, or Flask)
• Solid experience with React.js and JavaScript/ES6+; comfortable with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to design and consume RESTful APIs
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
• Strong problem-solving skills — you approach ambiguous challenges methodically and find elegant solutions
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerised development environments
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
