Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full-stack Developer role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Full-stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js and React, ensuring smooth integration between front-end interfaces and back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and optimizing RESTful APIs, managing real-time data flows with Kafka and RabbitMQ, writing clean and scalable code, and contributing to system architecture and design decisions. The role involves collaborating closely with product, QA, and other engineering team members to deliver secure, reliable features, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance. The developer will also participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and support deployment and monitoring of production systems.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including Node.js, RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess skills in application performance optimization, debugging, and secure coding practices.
• Working knowledge of microservices, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud platforms is beneficial.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, collaborative communication skills, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced product environment are essential.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
