Scrum or Kanban Methods Integrated development environment (IDE) Rapid application development (RAD) Modelling technology and languages Interface definition languages (IDL) Knowledge of customer domain and deep understanding of sub domain where problem is solved Additional Comments Full Stack Developer (.NET, React and AWS)Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, React and AWS Services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, etc.) to deliver seamless web experiences.Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both server-side and client-side.Implement and optimize database queries with SQL Server, and manage schema changes.Design and implement front-end interfaces using React, including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of web applications.Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, providing timely solutions.Lead technical discussions and guide the architectural decisions.Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprints, etc.) and collaborate closely with stakeholders.Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.Required Skills:Strong experience in C#, MVC, Reactjs, Entity Framework., ASP.net Core API, JQuery, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap.Proficient in React.js and front-end JavaScript frameworks, including experience with React hooks and Redux.Solid experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and data modelling.Strong understanding of Version Control Systems (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket).Experience with Cloud Platforms AWS services.Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.Deep understanding of web standards, performance optimization, and responsive design. Experience with testing frameworks (unit tests, integration tests) and test-driven development (TDD).Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams. Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems. Familiarity with front-end testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library).Experience with TypeScript and modern JS toolchains (Webpack, Babel).Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment.
