Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

About The Role -

Most engineering roles give you one product, one domain, and a backlog of tickets. This one is different.

At Techdome, you'll build and scale multiple live products across HRMS, Healthcare, FinTech Payments, and AI Related Projects. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to design, develop, and ship features that are used by real customers every day.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy ownership, solving complex technical problems, and working across modern technologies in a fast-moving product environment.

What You'll Do -

• Own features end-to-end—from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
• Build scalable frontend applications using React.js.
• Develop robust backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and build secure REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Work with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL to build high-performance data models.
• Use Redis for caching, background jobs, and real-time application performance.
• Build scalable payment workflows, webhook integrations, and transaction processing systems.
• Develop features for AI-powered recruitment, healthcare, fintech, and trading products.
• Integrate external APIs including payment gateways, AI services, and domain-specific platforms.
• Ensure applications follow secure coding practices, data protection standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate through Git workflows, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude to improve engineering productivity.
  
  

Required Skills -

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or Product Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of REST API design and backend architecture.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative development.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure application development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be an added advantage:

• Payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Braintree).
• Real-time applications using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.
• Trading platforms, brokerage APIs, or financial applications.
• Healthcare systems, EHR platforms, HL7, FHIR, or ABDM integrations.
• AI/LLM integrations and AI-powered product development.
• Redis, Kafka, or message queue systems.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
