Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Masters of Engineering in Computer Science

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB. You will lead technical design decisions, build efficient and secure APIs, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code through best practices and code reviews. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, optimize application performance, and drive continuous improvement across development, testing, and deployment processes.

Must-Have Skills:

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React and Node.js
• Build and maintain GraphQL APIs (schema design, resolvers, performance tuning)
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient frontend components
• Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and security
• Work with MongoDB for schema design, indexing, and query optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
• Ensure high code quality using tools like SonarQube, ESLint, etc.
• Drive CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices
• Strong experience in React. State management
• Strong experience in Node.js. Experience with framework Express.JS
• Schema Design and Modularization
• Writing efficient resolvers
• Strong hands on MongoDB
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with microservices and distributed system architecture
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability techniques
