Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

At Sharp Minds Cloud Tech Pvt Ltd, we are building MSME Sales Booster — a powerful ERP & CRM platform designed for manufacturing companies.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can work across both frontend and backend to build scalable, real-world business features.

You will be working on a production-grade SaaS ERP system, contributing to features across:

• Sales, Purchase, Inventory
• Production & BOM
• HR & Finance modules

This is not a learning-only role — you will be expected to build, debug, and deliver real features.

• Develop full-stack features using the MERN stack
• Build scalable backend APIs (Node.js, Express, MongoDB)
• Develop clean, responsive frontend interfaces (React.js)
• Work with real-time features (Socket.IO)
• Debug and optimize performance issues
• Collaborate with the team to ship production-ready code

• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with:
• React.js
• Node.js & Express
• MongoDB
• Redux / React Hook Form
• Ability to work on both frontend and backend independently
• Good understanding of:
• APIs
• Data flow
• State management
• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Experience with:
• Socket.IO or real-time systems
• Performance optimization
