Employment TypeFull-Time
Salary₹7,00,000 – ₹8,50,000 CTC per annum
Based on experience, technical strength, ownership, and execution ability.
Role SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of our platform across backend, frontend, dashboard systems, mobile-first web experiences, and app-connected workflows.
Our backend foundation is already in place. This role is not just about fresh development from scratch. It is about understanding the existing system, improving it, optimizing it, building on top of it, creating new pages and flows, connecting endpoints, maintaining stability, and shipping production-ready updates without breaking live systems.
You will work closely with our in-house UI/UX team to convert designs into clean, responsive, fast, production-ready web and app-facing experiences. The role also includes technical optimization, deployment coordination, caching, redirects, performance improvements, and support for current or upcoming mobile app requirements.
We need someone who is comfortable working on a live product, improving old systems, building new functionality, and taking real ownership of execution.
Key Responsibilities1) Frontend Development (Next.js)- Maintain and improve the existing frontend built in Next.js
- Develop new pages, sections, forms, product flows, and dashboard screens
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, mobile-first interfaces
- Build reusable components and improve frontend structure for scale
- Handle page duplication, new layouts, static sections, redirects, and content-driven page builds
- Improve frontend performance, responsiveness, and usability across devices
- Maintain and enhance the existing Laravel/PHP backend
- Create, update, and connect APIs/endpoints for website, dashboard, and app requirements
- Work on validations, database handling, business logic, error management, and secure backend flows
- Improve current code quality, structure, and maintainability
- Debug backend issues and implement clean, production-safe fixes
- Build and improve internal dashboards, admin/product pages, and functional workflows
- Ensure frontend and backend systems are properly connected and reliable
- Support new product features and improve existing flows across the platform
- Help create scalable duplicate flows/modules where needed instead of rebuilding from zero each time
- Support mobile app requirements by building and maintaining required backend APIs and logic
- Work on app-connected flows such as authentication, data sync, user actions, dashboard data, and notifications
- Ensure backend and frontend systems are structured to support current or future mobile app development
- Coordinate with app-facing product requirements and help extend features across web and app experiences
- If technically capable, support or contribute to mobile app feature development as needed
- Optimize the current platform instead of adding unnecessary technical clutter
- Improve speed and reliability using caching, redirects, query optimization, code cleanup, and better API handling
- Strengthen mobile-first performance and overall product responsiveness
- Identify technical bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements
- Ensure updates are scalable, stable, and maintainable
- Use Git properly for version control, clean commits, and release management
- Support deployment processes and production updates
- Coordinate with hosting/server/cloud setup where needed
- Work with logs, environment configs, redirects, caching layers, and issue resolution
- Take ownership of technical delivery and production reliability

- connect frontend with backend properly
- support dashboard and app-related workflows
