Job Description

Summary: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions for the Customer Data Store platform as part of the Bangalore engineering team. Work across both backend services and front-end user interfaces for internal tooling and customer-facing applications. Focus on scalable service development, API implementation, intuitive UI/UX experiences, and overall system reliability. ? Essential Responsibilities: Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot Implement APIs and microservices for platform integration Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React (or similar frameworks) Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver clean, intuitive UI/UX for engineering and data tooling Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across backend and frontend Participate in code reviews and design discussions Implement business logic, platform features, and UI workflows Support service deployment, monitoring, and debugging Document designs, APIs, and user-facing components Collaborate closely with team members Support IST time zone operations. ? Requirements: 5 to 8 years of full stack development experience Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Strong Java programming skills and Spring Boot experience Solid understanding of microservices and RESTful API design Hands-on experience with a modern front-end framework (React preferred) Knowledge of responsive design and UI/UX best practices Testing experience across backend and frontend layers ? Technical Skills Required: Java development (Java 21+) with Spring Boot - RESTful API development and integration Front-end development with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Build and dependency tools: Maven/Gradle, Node.js, npm/yarn Testing frameworks: JUnit, Jest, Cypress (or similar) Git and version control best practices Basic understanding of reactive programming (Spring WebFlux, RxJS) Familiarity with cloud concepts and basic DevOps practices ?
