Job Overview: ? We are looking for a passionate Junior Full-Stack Developer skilled in using AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Kiro, etc. ) to design, develop, and enhance modern web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong prompt engineering abilities with full-stack development expertise to build intelligent, efficient, and scalable applications. You will be part of a design-led development environment guided by Markdown-based playbooks that define architecture, component standards, and UI/UX conventions. Your work will involve generating AI-assisted code, implementing new features, and maintaining high-quality software in alignment with established guidelines. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and enhance full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, GraphQL, and Prisma. ? Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development, debugging, and optimization processes. ? Design, test, and refine AI prompts for tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Kiro, Amazon CodeWhisperer, Creo, and Lovable to generate high-quality, context-aware code. ? Interpret and implement application features based on Markdown-based steering and design documents. ? Follow and enforce best practices for architecture, component reuse, design patterns, and UI/UX standards. ? Contribute to maintaining and evolving Markdown-based documentation and component guidelines. ? Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using AI-assisted debugging techniques. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven automation into business and development workflows. ? Stay current with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance productivity and code quality. ? Ensure all generated code is efficient, maintainable, and secure. Required Skills & Experience: ? Strong hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering for AI-assisted development. ? Proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Kiro, Amazon CodeWhisperer, Creo, Lovable, etc. ? Exposure to full-stack development (Node.js, React, Python, or similar frameworks). ? Good understanding of application architecture, APIs, and integration points. ? Familiarity with databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. ? Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience automating application development workflows using AI tools. ? Proficiency in multiple programming languages for prompt-based code generation.
