Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Bandra, Mumbai, India

Job Summary:

• You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing scalable web applications and digital platforms for healthcare brands and organizations. The role requires strong expertise in frontend and backend development, API integrations, database management, and modern web technologies.
• You will work closely with the design, content, product, marketing, and development teams to build high-performance, user-friendly, and secure digital solutions aligned with business objectives and user experience standards.
• The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in fast-paced digital environments, software development teams, startups, digital agencies, or healthcare technology projects with hands-on experience in modern web application development.
• Someone who have worked with Healthcare Digital Marketing Agencies or Creative Agencies (preferred )

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces optimized for web and mobile platforms.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and database architectures for scalable digital products.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and marketing teams to implement functional and visually engaging digital experiences.
• Manage website performance, application security, optimization, debugging, and deployment processes.
• Integrate third-party APIs, CRM systems, analytics tools, payment gateways, and cloud-based services.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and adherence to development best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and continuously improve platform functionality.
• Participate in product planning, feature development, and technical architecture discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, development trends, and modern coding standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development or Software Engineering.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and API development.
• Experience working with frontend frameworks, backend architectures, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of responsive web development, application optimization, and scalable system design.
• Experience with Git, deployment workflows, hosting environments, and version control systems.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication systems, database management, and third-party integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to manage multiple development projects and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience working on healthcare, SaaS, digital platforms, or startup environments will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AI integrations, automation tools, or modern healthcare technology platforms is preferred.
