Proficiency in Go: A strong understanding of Go syntax, core concepts, idioms, and best practices, including concurrency patterns (goroutines and channels).Web Development: Experience with building and managing RESTful APIs, and familiarity with web frameworks and tools (e.g., Gorilla Web Toolkit).Concurrency and Distributed Systems: Expertise in building concurrent and distributed systems, understanding microservices architecture, and working with message queue systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).Database Management: Competency in integrating and interacting with various databases, including SQL and NoSQL, and potentially ORM tools.Cloud Platforms and DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization technologies (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.Testing and Debugging: Proficiency in writing unit tests, practicing TDD, and effectively debugging Go applications.Version Control: Strong experience with version control systems, primarily Git.Performance Optimization: Knowledge of techniques to optimize Go application performance.Security Awareness: Understanding of security best practices, including secure input handling, authentication, and authorization.
