We are looking for a Full Stack Developer – Real-Time Messaging & VoIP to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the backend architecture that powers our real-time communication platform, ensuring high scalability, reliability, and performance.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Frontend-Intensive Full Stack Developer with strong experience in MERN stack and modern UI engineering.
This role will primarily focus on building high-performance, responsive, animation-rich user interfaces using React and Next.js, while contributing to backend APIs when required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js (SSR/ISR).
Build responsive, visually polished UI with strong focus on animations and micro-interactions.
Translate Figma/design systems into pixel-perfect implementations.
Develop and integrate REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Work with MongoDB for schema design and basic data modeling.
Optimize performance (code splitting, lazy loading, Web Vitals).
Write unit/integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library or similar).
Ensure clean, modular, and maintainable code architecture.
Containerize applications using Docker.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams.
Required Skills
4–5 years of experience in full stack development (frontend-heavy).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
Advanced experience with React.js.
Strong hands-on experience with Next.js.
Deep understanding of CSS3, animations, transitions, and responsive design.
Experience with state management (Redux / Context / Zustand).
Node.js, Express.js, and REST API integration.
Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows and deployment processes.
Good to Have (Optional)
Experience with Three.js or WebGL-based 3D UI.
Knowledge of GSAP or advanced animation libraries.
TypeScript experience.
