Role Description This is a volunteer remote role for a Full Stack Developer. The individual in this role will collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end applications for the PANHA platform. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, optimizing software systems, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms to create an intuitive user experience. The developer will also help enhance the system's performance and scalability while adhering to the organization?s vision of providing a seamless digital experience for its users. Qualifications Proficiency in Front-End Development with knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques Experience in Back-End Web Development, particularly with server-side programming and database management Expertise in Full-Stack and Software Development processes, with a strong understanding of end-to-end workflows Familiarity with modern development practices and tools to ensure efficiency and high performance Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused, remote environment Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for contributing to mental health and emotional well-being initiatives Previous experience with similar missions or non-profits is a plus
