About The Role

We are seeking an AI-Native Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic remote team at TechBrig. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered features and applications. Your expertise will contribute to creating scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that align with our company's mission to revolutionize AI integration across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full-stack development, with a particular emphasis on working with React, FastAPI, Postgres, and Docker. You will take ownership of the entire development lifecycle—from building and debugging to testing and deploying—ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet our standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a solid foundation in full-stack development with proven experience in React, FastAPI, Postgres, and Docker. They should be comfortable managing the entire development process independently and possess strong skills in automated testing, particularly with Playwright. An AI-centric mindset is essential, with hands-on experience using tools like Claude Code and familiarity with emerging workflows such as Claude Computer Use. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment is crucial, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Candidates should be available to start immediately and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable AI-integrated features and applications, ensuring seamless performance and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, maintaining code quality through automated testing and continuous integration practices. Managing the full development cycle—from initial concept through deployment and maintenance—will be a core aspect of your role. Additionally, you will optimize existing systems for performance and scalability, troubleshoot issues proactively, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our development workflows. Staying updated with the latest AI tools and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into our products is also expected.
