Job Summary We?re looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer (Intern or Entry Level: 0?2 years) who can work with minimal guidance. You will primarily focus on front-end development while also contributing to back-end functionalities. Your role will involve building, maintaining, and improving both web applications and supporting backend systems. ?? What You Will Do Design, develop, and optimize responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern web technologies (React, Angular, Tailwind, Vue.js). Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver intuitive UI/UX. Implement interactive, modular, and reusable UI components ensuring consistency across devices and platforms. Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Work with back-end technologies (Express.js, Node.js, Python) to integrate APIs and support full-stack functionality. Assist in building and maintaining backend services, databases, and API endpoints as needed. Debug and troubleshoot both front-end and basic back-end issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes. Maintain clean, well-documented, and structured code with clear project documentation and tech guides. Take ownership of tasks and modules, handling them with minimal supervision. Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in full-stack development. Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of internal tools, dashboards, apps, and website features. ? What We?re Looking For Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, JavaScript) and at least one major framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Basic working knowledge of back-end technologies (Express.js, Python) and RESTful API integration. Understanding of databases (MongoDB/MySQL) and basic schema concepts. Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows and Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
