Job Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Chennai Notice Period: 30 Days Preferable Experience: 5+ Years Education: Bachelor?s / Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field About the Role: We?re looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise web applications . This role will give you the opportunity to work across the entire technology stack ? from intuitive and dynamic front-end interfaces to secure, reliable back-end services and APIs. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive, dynamic UIs using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS-in-JS (Tailwind, Material UI, Styled Components). Build and maintain RESTful APIs & microservices using Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases . Architect and automate the build and deployment process with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Apply performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring to optimize front-end and back-end performance. Integrate with cloud-based and distributed services; leverage Docker, Kubernetes, API gateways (3Scale) , and event-driven architecture (Kafka, AWS, Azure) . Implement authentication and security best practices (JWT, OAuth, SSO). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Conduct unit testing (Jest, Enzyme, Jasmine) and ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code. Research and adopt emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance the development ecosystem. Technical Skills Required: Deep proficiency in ReactJS , including hooks, lifecycle methods, modern state management (Redux, Context API). Expert-level knowledge of Node.js and building highly available, distributed systems. Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) , and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, SonarQube, and security/code quality tools . Solid understanding of data structures, caching strategies, proxies, and service resiliency . Practical knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tooling (npm, yarn, Webpack). Preferred/Domain Knowledge: Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Retail domains. Knowledge of digital platform architectures and enterprise security standards. Soft Skills: Self-driven and proactive problem solver. Strong ability to influence and mentor teams on technical solutions and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. ??
