Position: Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid) Duration: Full Time About Us: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and enhancement of our web applications. Join our innovative team to help shape our evolving technology stack and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and development of front-end web interfaces driven by middleware to interact with back-end sources. Develop and maintain software using our current tech stack, including JavaScript, GraphQL, Jest, Kafka, MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), NestJS, Redis, SQL, and TypeScript. Drive best practices in test-driven development, unit testing, and code reviews to ensure code quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features and enhancements. Maintain knowledge of security best practices to protect data integrity and confidentiality. Explore and evaluate emerging technologies to contribute to product roadmaps and system improvements. Design scalable, performance-optimized web applications. Utilize agile methodologies and tools like Jira to facilitate sprint planning and delivery. Mentor team members and act as a technical resource within the development practice. Other duties as assigned; must demonstrate punctuality, adaptability, and team collaboration under deadlines. Qualifications: Proven experience in full stack development with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks. Strong understanding of web architecture, RESTful APIs, and middleware-driven design. Experience with modern tools and technologies such as GraphQL, Kafka, Redis, and the MERN stack. Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization techniques. Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
