Job Title: Full Stack Lead (Angular + Spring boot)

Location: Bangalore

Work mode: On-Site (Bangalore, Koramangala)

About the Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the hands-on delivery of platform modules across

the Angular frontend and Spring Boot backend. You will write production-quality code, participate in

architecture and design discussions, and work closely with the Full Stack Lead and Solution Architect

to build and evolve our AP Automation and Procurement platform. We expect you to be solid on at

least one side of the stack and growing confidently on the other.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Delivery:

• Develop and deliver assigned features across the full stack — Angular UI, Spring Boot

APIs, and the data layer.

• Build Angular components, screens, and workflows for modules such as Supplier Portal,

Onboarding, Invoice Processing, Approval Workflows etc.

• Develop Spring Boot REST APIs covering service logic, JPA data access, and Spring

Security integration. Implement configurability features such as tenant-level settings and

feature toggles under the guidance of the Lead.

• Participate in the module unification effort — building reusable components and

following shared patterns established by the Lead.

• Write unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend code. Support database

schema changes and ensure backward compatibility during feature additions.

2. Technical Contribution:

• Follow and apply coding standards, Angular component patterns, and Spring Boot API

design practices set by the Lead.

• Break down assigned requirements into implementable tasks, provide effort estimates,

and deliver within sprint commitments.

• Proactively identify and flag technical issues, dependencies, or blockers to the Lead.

• Participate in code reviews — both giving and receiving structured feedback.

• Continuously improve code quality through refactoring and adherence to established

best practices.

3. Collaboration & Integration

• Work with functional SMEs to understand domain requirements and

translate them into clean technical implementations.

• Collaborate with QA to ensure components and APIs are testable and well-

covered.

• Work with the UX Designer to implement screens faithfully and flag

feasibility concerns early.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and architecture review

sessions.

• Coordinate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline usage and environment

• configuration for deployments.
