Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a driven and talented Full Stack Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team. You will build and maintain scalable web applications, integrate real-time WhatsApp messaging workflows, and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS — all while embracing an AI-first mindset in your daily coding practice.

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who ships fast, thinks in systems, and treats AI pair-programming tools (Cursor, Claude) as a core part of their workflow — not a nice-to-have.

Frontend Development

▸   Build responsive, performant UIs using React.js with hooks, context, and component libraries (MUI / Tailwind)

▸   Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, manage application state with Redux Toolkit or React Query

▸   Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library

Backend Development

▸   Design and develop RESTful / GraphQL APIs in Node.js (Express / Fastify)

▸   Model and manage databases — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis as appropriate

▸   Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (JWT / OAuth 2.0)

WhatsApp Messaging Integration

▸   Develop conversational flows using the WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API / Twilio)

▸   Build webhook handlers for inbound messages, delivery receipts, and status updates

▸   Design template messages, interactive buttons, and rich media flows for end-user journeys

▸   Implement message queuing (SQS / Bull) to handle high-throughput notification pipelines

DevOps & Cloud (AWS)

▸   Containerize services with Docker; orchestrate via ECS Fargate or EKS

▸   Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / CodePipeline) for automated testing and deployment

▸   Manage infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK or Terraform

▸   Configure core AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM

▸   Implement monitoring, alerting, and cost-optimization practices

AI-First Engineering

▸   Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) as primary productivity tools in daily development

▸   Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) to build AI-powered product features

▸   Write AI-assisted tests, generate boilerplate, and use AI for code reviews and documentation

▸   Stay current on AI tooling and proactively propose AI-driven improvements to the codebase

• Candidates should demonstrate good problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and familiarity with testing and debugging tools.
• Candidates should have effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams on-site.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or data-driven platforms is beneficial but not required.

▸   1.5–2.5 years of professional full-stack development experience

▸   Strong proficiency in Node.js (async/await, event loop, streams) and modern React

▸   Demonstrated experience with WhatsApp Business API or equivalent messaging platform integration

▸   Practical AWS experience: deploying, scaling, and monitoring cloud workloads

▸   Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD tooling, and Git-based workflows

▸   Demonstrable AI-first coding habits — portfolio or work samples showing AI tool usage strongly preferred

▸   Solid understanding of web security fundamentals (OWASP Top 10, HTTPS, input validation)

▸   Strong written communication and ability to document technical decisions clearly

▸   Experience with TypeScript across the full stack

▸   Familiarity with serverless patterns (AWS Lambda, event-driven architecture)

▸   Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture

▸   Open-source contributions or a visible GitHub profile

▸   Experience with WebSockets or real-time communication (Socket.io)
