Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer | Remote | Long-Term Contract

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Python/Django and React to help build AI-powered products for healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across backend systems, frontend dashboards, APIs, and cloud environments, and who has real-world AI/ML implementation experience.

Youll join a collaborative remote team building modern tools that improve business operations and decision-making. If youre excited by scalable systems, clean product development, and applied AI, this could be a great fit.

Candidates must be based in India and may be located anywhere within the country.

What You'll Do

Backend Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Django
• Develop secure, high-performance APIs using Django REST Framework
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to integrate AI/ML models and generate actionable insights
• Support data security, compliance, and integrity across systems and integrations
• Partner with the Analytics Engineer to improve data pipelines and processing workflows
  
  
  

Frontend Development

• Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly dashboards and web applications
• Develop frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and engaging user experiences
• Ensure consistency across frontend applications using established design systems
  
  
  

Systems Integration & Cloud Infrastructure

• Work with RESTful and JSON-based APIs to enable seamless data exchange across platforms
• Support deployment, maintenance, and cloud-based application environments, with a preference for Azure
• Assist with integrations across third-party platforms, including HubSpot
  
  
  

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, AI teams, and product collaborators to gather and implement requirements
• Contribute technical ideas that improve product capabilities and roadmap decisions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and task tracking using Azure Boards
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience, with strong backend depth
• Strong experience with Python and Django / Django REST Framework
• Strong experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Proven ability to design and maintain secure, scalable APIs
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party system integrations
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps
• Experience using Git, Azure Repos, and modern DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of application security, data governance, and system reliability
• At least 2 years of hands-on AI/ML experience in production environments
• Experience integrating machine learning models into applications and dashboards
• Familiarity with model deployment, performance optimization, and AI integration workflows
• Fluent English communication skills
• Availability to work modified U.S. hours for team collaboration
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Docker
• Experience in healthcare or dental technology
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
• Exposure to HubSpot CMS development
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $35,000 to $55,000 USD annually
