Full Stack Developer

This role is mostly about working on an existing, live production product used by real customers daily.

You will:

• Improve existing features
• Build new features on top of current architecture
• Fix production issues
• Optimize performance and stability
• Work inside a structured but fast-moving codebase

This is not greenfield development.

What You Will Do

• Work on existing Node.js backend services
• Build and enhance React Native mobile app features (Primary Work)
• Add new modules inside current architecture
• Fix bugs and production issues quickly
• Improve performance, sync reliability, and app stability
• Work on integrations (APIs, messaging, third-party services)
• Understand legacy decisions and improve them safely

• Node.js

• AWS / Cloud (Plus)

Reality Of The Role

• Large part of work is improving and extending existing systems
• Need to read and understand current code before building new features
• Balance between speed and stability is critical
• Production safety matters — real users depend on it

Must Have

• Strong Node.js experience
• Strong React Native hands-on development
• TypeScript working knowledge
• Experience working on live production apps
• Comfortable working inside existing codebases
• Debugging skills (logs, production issue tracing, root cause)

Good To Have

• SaaS / CRM product experience
• Experience maintaining legacy or mid-stage product code
• Performance optimization experience
• Mobile app release cycle understanding

Basic Qualification

• 2–4 years real product development experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,961.29 - ₹40,000.00 per month
