Role: Fullstack Developer

Location: Remote

Shift: 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST

Payroll: Direct pay via wire transfer

Number of Interview Rounds: 3

About Role:

This is a senior-level, full-time remote position (minimum 5+ years experience) central to scaling our classroom and homeschool learning platforms. WHAT YOU''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''LL DO:

Lead full stack feature development and architecture: end-to-end, from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Implement and optimize robust front-end (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end (PHP/Laravel) systems
Collaborate cross-functionally, conduct code reviews, balance technical vision WITH_REPLACED business priorities
Write modular, reusable, well-documented code
Guide and mentor junior developers
Own app performance, security, and scalability
Integrate AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, custom LLMs, ML models in production, etc) into educational features and workflows

YOU MUST HAVE:

5+ years professional full stack development experience (exceptional mid-levels encouraged to apply more years a plus)
Advanced proficiency WITH_REPLACED JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and a major JS framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
Strong server-side experience WITH_REPLACED PHP and Laravel framework
Skilled in SQL database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc)
Experience integrating and deploying AI tools, APIs, or models in real-world production (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
Experience using AI tools in development processes (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) - Cloud platform (AWS or Azure) experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal English
Available for part overlap WITH_REPLACED Australian Eastern Time (AEST/AEDT)
Long-term commitment mindset (we want 5-10 years, not 6 months!)

BONUS POINTS:

Server-side experience WITH_REPLACED Node.js
Direct experience WITH_REPLACED CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, or cross-cloud deployments
Prior work on EdTech/SaaS platforms used at scale
Leadership/mentorship experience in remote or international teams
