Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3+ years Tech Stack: Python-Django, React, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, AI/LLM experience (bonus) About AiDOOS AiDOOS is building the world?s first Virtual Delivery Center (VDC) ? a unified, cloud-native platform that orchestrates global talent, AI agents, and enterprise workflows. We are expanding our core engineering team to build scalable, AI-powered systems used by enterprises globally. Role Overview We are looking for a strong full-stack developer who can independently design, build, and deploy production-grade applications across backend, frontend, and data layers. Responsibilities Build and maintain backend services using Python/Django and Node.js Develop intuitive, high-performance UIs using React Design and optimize relational + NoSQL databases ( MySQL, MongoDB ) Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into workflows (OpenAI, LangChain, vector DBs, etc.) Work closely with product/architecture teams to ship features end-to-end Own deployment, debugging, and performance optimization Write clean, reusable, well-tested code Requirements 3+ years of hands-on full-stack experience Strong expertise in Python-Django , React , Node.js Solid knowledge of MySQL + MongoDB Experience building scalable APIs and microservices Familiarity with AI integrations (prompting, embeddings, Python AI libs) Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment Bonus: experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP, microservices Why AiDOOS Work on a next-generation platform redefining global work Build cutting-edge tech with AI, automation, and cloud-native architecture Fast-paced team, global customers, high ownership Opportunity to grow into lead and architect roles quickly How to Apply Send your profile to [email protected]
