PwC Growth Centre is looking for an Associate Developer to support backend development, cloud orchestration, and enterprise solutions. This entry-level role is perfect for a motivated developer keen on learning and contributing collaboratively to scalable applications and data workflows. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Pytho n.?Support work with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases to meet application need s.?Help develop and manage workflows and DAGs using Google Cloud Composer and Apache Airflow to enable reliable data pipelines and automatio n.?Gain experience in Python programming for AI/ML tasks and data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumP y.?Participate in hands-on learning and basic use of large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GP T.?Use Azure DevOps (ADO) and GIT for version control, CI/CD, and agile project activities under guidanc e.?Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in production systems, escalating complex problems as necessar y.?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise projects and meet delivery timeline s.?Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and best practice s. Required Qualificatio ns:?1-3 years of professional experience or equivalent internships/projects in at least two of the following: Spring Boot, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Java, Python, Google Cloud Composer/Airflow, Azure DevOps, G IT.?Basic understanding of cloud orchestration and workflow management principl es.?Demonstrated eagerness and ability to learn new technologies and troubleshoot issu es.?Good communication skills, both verbal and writt en.?Ability to work effectively both independently and within agile tea ms.?Strong organizational skills and attention to deta il.?Exposure to enterprise software development lifecycle, including design, testing, and version control concep ts. Preferred Qualificati ons:?Familiarity with Java Spring Boot development and basic DAG concepts in Airf low.?Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development proces ses.?Interest in microservices architecture, scalable system design, and software engineering princip les.?Exposure to additional cloud platforms or orchestration tools is advantage ous.
