Position: Web Developer

Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: $80–$150/hour

Location: US, UK, or Canada

Duration: 3–4 weeks

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design questions related to your occupation as a Web Developer for a top AI company.
Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Ensure the quality and relevance of AI-generated content.
Use your professional experience to improve AI model training and evaluation.

Qualifications

Must-Have

4+ years full-time work experience as a Web Developer.
Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).

Compensation & Legal

At-will contractor to Mercor.
Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
Industry-standard compensation expectations.
Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
