You?re excited to build on your existing expertise, including : Leading the development of powerful BI dashboards and reports that empower data-driven decision-making. Driving design consistency and governance across all BI solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience. Acting as a trusted advisor on BI procedures, performance optimization, and scalability strategies. Nurturing innovation in data visualization and storytelling to deliver impactful insights. Taking full ownership of projects, proactively solving challenges, and setting new standards for quality and efficiency. What You'll Need to Succeed: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI (knowledge of Tableau is a plus). Connecting to cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and working with advanced data models (star schema, snowflake schema). Designing and implementing complex measures (DAX) and calculated columns to support benchmarks and business logic. Applying security procedures such as Row-Level Security (RLS) and Page-Level Security (PLS) in BI solutions. Optimizing data models, queries, and report layouts for performance and usability. Translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering high-quality solutions independently. Presenting effectively in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate across teams. Create a better #TomorrowWithUs! This role, based in Pune, is an individual contributor position.
