Our services arm is the primary growth driver, delivering full-stack AI solutions for clients—mainly US-based startups and enterprises. Unlike traditional consulting, our projects are closer to building innovative products from scratch, offering exposure to cutting-edge challenges across diverse industries.

In parallel, we are building our healthcare product ecosystem under the CellVerse brand (www.cellverse.ai). This includes CellBot (www.cellbot.ai), an AI assistant for biomedical researchers, and CellAssist, a Healthcare Voice Agent, designed to automate patient triaging and hospital contact center operations. While early in our product journey, we are focused on creating AI-powered tools that bring efficiency and intelligence to healthcare systems.

💼 What You'll Do:

Build beautiful, fast, and responsive web apps using our modern tech stack (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, ShadCn UI, Zustand/Query)

Work with designers to turn Figma mockups into smooth, pixel-perfect user experiences

Develop reusable UI components and help maintain our shared design system

Optimize pages for speed, scalability, and great performance (SSR, CSR, caching, etc.)

Collaborate closely with backend and AI teams to deliver end-to-end product features

Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code that other developers love working with

Participate in code reviews and brainstorming sessions — your ideas matter here

Thrive in a high-stress, deadline-driven environment typical of client projects

⚡Required Technical Skills:

Core: Advanced proficiency in Next.js and React.js

Styling: Expert-level Tailwind CSS and ShadCn UI implementation

State Management: Strong experience with React-Query and Zustand

Performance: Deep understanding of SSR, CSR, caching mechanisms, and optimization strategies

Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub workflows

API Integration: Solid experience with RESTful APIs and modern data fetching patterns

Design Systems: Ability to create and maintain scalable component libraries

🎯 Required Qualifications:

Minimum 18 Months Of Industry Experience In Frontend Development

Self-starter mentality with strong ownership mindset

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong design sensibility and ability to work independently on UI/UX decisions

Experience in fast-paced startup environments with tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills for global team collaboration

Proactive approach to learning and staying current with frontend technologies
