Frontend Engineer (React + WebRTC)

Experience: 5+ years

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to build and optimize real-time, communication-driven web applications using React and modern JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end features using React and modern JavaScript
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Integrate and optimize WebRTC-based audio/video communication
• Troubleshoot video/audio quality, latency, and connectivity issues
• Apply front-end performance optimization best practices
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprints, reviews, retrospectives)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and React
• Hands-on experience with WebRTC and real-time communication systems
• Good understanding of networking and media protocols (STUN/TURN, RTP/RTCP, etc.)
• Experience identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
