Position Overview

We're seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to architect and develop AI-native mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS. You'll leverage AI tools for UI generation and development while building scalable consumer applications serving 100M+ users across India.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS
• Leverage AI tools and copilots for automated UI generation and accelerated frontend development
• Build scalable frontend systems capable of handling 100M+ users with optimal performance
• Integrate AI-powered features into user interfaces without building the underlying AI/ML systems
• Collaborate with backend AI teams to consume APIs and translate AI capabilities into intuitive UX
• Establish frontend engineering best practices and drive technical decisions across product teams
• Optimize application performance for India-scale constraints including latency and reliability

Must-Have Requirements

• 7-15 years of React Native development experience building production mobile applications
• Experience developing consumer applications serving millions of users at scale
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend development practices
• Strong experience with Redux Toolkit and Zustand for state management in React Native
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for UI generation and development acceleration
• Experience integrating REST APIs and real-time features in mobile applications
• Proven track record of building performant applications with complex state management

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot or similar
• Background in fintech or large-scale consumer technology platforms
• Experience with React.js and Next.js for web development
• Open-source contributions to React Native or frontend development projects
