world''''''''s top athletes. This organisation provides advanced analytics and performance intelligence platforms to over 700 teams across 50 leagues, spanning

sports such as football, rugby, American football, baseball, and ice hockey. The successful candidate will join the League Operations squad to help deliver a

brand-new Talent Database (Talent DB). This project focuses on developing functionality to support leagues and clubs in identifying top talent through the

registering, tracking, and tagging of users. This is an opportunity to work in a design-conscious and data-rich environment where your work is highly visible and

About The Project

• The Talent Database project involves building upon and configuring existing
  
  
  

components to create new scouting and registration workflows.

• Visualising Data: You will translate structured JSON API responses into dynamic
  
  
  

visualisations and data tables.

• Team Dynamics: You will join a squad of 8 engineers (currently 4 FE and 4 BE),
  
  
  

bringing the frontend count to 5.

• Buddy to be provided. Onboarding well documented.

• Tech Stack: The role focuses on React-based architecture using JavaScript
  
  
  

(ES6+), JSON, and modern frontend testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Implement responsive and accessible UIs using React.
• Collaborate WITH_REPLACED backend engineers to define API needs and ensure accurate
  
  
  

data rendering.

• Optimise performance and manage UI state for large data sets.
• Build reusable components that align WITH_REPLACED the design system.
• Work closely WITH_REPLACED Product and Design teams to align on UI/UX standards.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, including standups, planning, grooming, and
  
  
  

retrospectives.

Requirements

Technical Experience

• React: Minimum 5 years.
• JavaScript (ES6+): Minimum 5 years.
• JSON: Minimum 5 years.
• Frontend Testing: Minimum 3 years.
• Market Experience: Minimum 5 years in SaaS.
  
  
  

Soft Skills & Business Experience

• Technical English: Fluent (Level 5).
• Methodology: Minimum 2 years of experience WITH_REPLACED SCRUM.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Experience interacting WITH_REPLACED C-level stakeholders,
  
  
  

Product and Quality Assurance.

• Ability to work independently yet collaboratively
• Experience working within a mature engineering culture
• Comfortable working in a matrix management structure
