At 10 Speed, we're building a Transportation Management System (TMS) for US trucking companies - streamlining operations, accounting, and payroll at scale. Our product handles real logistics for real companies, and what we build has direct impact on how thousands of people do their jobs every day.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship features across our React web app and React Native mobile app.
• Work closely with product and design to turn ideas into working software.
• Make decisions about component architecture, state management, and data flow.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on APIs and data modeling.
• Use AI tools daily - not as a crutch, but as a multiplier for your thinking and output.
• Continuously improve how we build - tools, patterns, processes.

What We're Looking For

We care less about which specific framework you know and more about whether you understand how modern frontend products work - state management, component architecture, data flow, the patterns that transfer across any stack. If you're strong in Vue, Angular, or Svelte and willing to learn React, that works for us.

• 2+ years of professional frontend experience in a modern framework.
• Solid fundamentals: You understand how things work, not just how to make them work.
• Comfort with ambiguity: You make progress even when requirements aren't perfectly clear.
• Ownership mindset: You care about what happens after your code ships.
• Clear communication and collaborative instincts.
• Curiosity: You're always looking to improve how you work.
• Great English communication skills. Lithuanian is a plus.

Bonus Points

• Experience with React, TypeScript, or React Native.
• Mobile development experience.
• Backend exposure - APIs, databases, server-side code.

Our Hiring Process

1. Intro Conversation (20–30 mins) – We get to know each other. Your background, your questions about us, what you're looking for.

2. On-Site Working Session (2–3 hrs) – A hands-on session where you'll work on a realistic task using our tools and environment. No trick questions, no gotchas - we want to see how you work.

3. Final Conversation with CEO (20–30 mins) – A short chat to make sure it's a good fit on both sides.
