Job Overview: As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design and Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality user interfaces using modern frontend technologies and frameworks. Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, and backend engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure code quality through code reviews, adherence to best practices, and the implementation of robust testing frameworks. Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, style guides, and user guides. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement processes, identifying opportunities to enhance the frontend architecture and user experience. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior frontend engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Experience/Skills: Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Extensive experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX. Familiarity with build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, and Gulp. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. Experience with version control systems like Git. Design Skills: Strong sense of design and user experience, with experience working closely with designers.
