Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in React and TypeScript to join our product engineering team. You will be responsible for building high-performance, user-centric web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable, responsive user interfaces using React , TypeScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 . Implement reusable UI components and front-end libraries. Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into performant features. Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility . Integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality. Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, tooling, and development best practices. Troubleshoot UI problems and implement robust solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5?8+ years of hands-on experience in modern frontend development. Strong proficiency in React (Hooks, Context, React Router) . Strong experience with TypeScript in production environments. Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API). Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS/SASS . Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel . Knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development practices. Preferred / Bonus Skills Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering. Familiarity with GraphQL , Apollo Client, or Relay. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design systems (Material UI, Tailwind, Chakra, Ant Design). Experience working with micro-frontends . Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Understanding of accessibility standards ( WCAG ). Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Ownership and accountability towards tasks and deliverables.
