The Opportunity: Be a Founding Frontend Engineer We are hiring our first, highly selective batch of Founding Frontend Developers . This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders and own the entire user experience of our AI trading platform from day one. You will be instrumental in building intuitive, real-time interfaces that bring institutional-grade trading intelligence to the fingertips of Indian traders and investors. Key Responsibilities: What You'll Be Building Conversational AI Interfaces : Design and develop sophisticated chatbot interfaces that enable natural language interaction with our AI trading agents, making complex quantitative analysis accessible through conversation. Real-Time Data Visualization : Build dynamic, high-performance charts, graphs, and tables that visualize market data, trading signals, and portfolio analytics in real-time with exceptional clarity and responsiveness. AI Agent Orchestration UI : Create intuitive interfaces that visualize and control LangGraph-based multi-agent workflows, allowing users to understand and interact with autonomous trading agents. Interactive Trading Dashboards : Develop comprehensive dashboards that integrate multiple data streams, AI insights, and execution capabilities into seamless, user-friendly experiences. Performance Optimization : Ensure lightning-fast rendering and updates for data-intensive financial applications, optimizing for low latency and smooth interactions even with high-frequency data updates. Design Systems & Component Libraries : Establish and maintain reusable component libraries and design patterns that will scale as the platform grows, ensuring consistency and developer efficiency. Collaborative Development : Work closely with AI engineers and product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences, participating actively in design reviews and product decisions. Qualifications & Experience Required Skills & Experience: Experience : 2-6 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade web applications, preferably in data-intensive or real-time domains. React Mastery : Expert-level proficiency in React and modern frontend development, including hooks, context, state management (Redux/Zustand), and performance optimization techniques. Conversational UI Expertise : Proven experience building sophisticated chatbot interfaces and conversational AI experiences with features like streaming responses, message threading, and context management. Data Visualization : Strong expertise with charting libraries (e.g., Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js, Plotly) and building interactive, real-time graphs, tables, and dashboards for complex data sets. LangGraph & AI Integration : Familiarity with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks, and ability to build UIs that visualize and interact with multi-agent AI workflows. Modern Web Stack : Proficiency in TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, styled-components), and frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack). API Integration : Experience working with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data streams to create responsive, live-updating interfaces. Performance & Optimization : Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization, including code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and efficient rendering patterns for data-heavy applications.
