Frontend Developer (React.js & JavaScript)

Location : On Site | Nagpur Type : Full-time Role: Frontend Developer Experience: 2+ years About the Role We are hiring a Frontend Developer with expertise in React.js and JavaScript to build the YoCo Web Panel, Admin Panel, and Super Admin Panel from the ground up . You will transform Figma designs into high-quality, responsive, and scalable frontends that integrate seamlessly with our backend services and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities Build the Web Panel, Admin Panel, and Super Admin Panel from scratch using React.js and JavaScript (ES6+) . Convert Figma UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready frontends. Integrate frontends with REST APIs provided by the backend team ( Node.js + MongoDB ). Ensure responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility. Optimise performance through efficient state management, lazy loading, and caching strategies. Collaborate closely with backend developers and the Flutter mobile app team to deliver end-to-end solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following modern standards and version control practices. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript (ES6+) . Proficiency in state management (Redux, Context API, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI, or Bootstrap). Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs . Understanding of responsive design, performance optimisation, and debugging. Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows. Preferred Skills Exposure to TypeScript . Experience with charting libraries (Chart.js, Recharts, or D3.js) for dashboards. Prior experience developing Admin Panels, Dashboards, or SaaS platforms .
