Objective: Modernize and unify UI/UX across Imperative’s product suite with scalable, high-performance frontends.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, modular interfaces using React 18+ and Next.js 15+.
• Convert Figma/XD designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and SEO-optimized UIs.
• Manage state efficiently using Redux Toolkit and data fetching with TanStack Query.
• Integrate REST APIs and implement authentication, role-based access, and session flows.
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals, responsiveness, and accessibility.

Core Skills

• HTML5: Semantic structure, accessibility (ARIA), SEO principles.
• CSS3: Deep command of Flexbox, Grid, animations, transitions, media queries.
• JavaScript (ES6+): Advanced understanding of DOM, closures, async/await, and modular programming.
• React 18+, Next.js 15+, TailwindCSS, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query
• SSR/SSG, API routes, Git, and CI/CD familiarity
• Testing exposure: Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library

Bonus Skills

• TypeScript, micro frontends, design system architecture.

Understanding of Laravel or Node.js backend integration.
