Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Frontend Developer with strong AEM experience to lead and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in frontend technologies along with leadership capabilities to guide teams and drive best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Work extensively with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for component development, templates, and content integration
• Collaborate with UX, backend, and business teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Lead frontend development efforts and mentor junior developers
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–13 years of experience in Frontend Development
• Strong hands-on experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience in building reusable, scalable frontend components
• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to performance optimization and accessibility standards
