Job Description: Senior Full-Stack Developer (React.js / Node.js / Next.js / AWS) Location: Bangalore (Work From Office) Experience: 3-7 Years Domain Expertise: Forex / Insurance / Banking / Finance Preferred Budget: 6-12 LPA About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React.js, Node.js, Next.js, API integrations, and AWS. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience delivering applications in Forex, Insurance, Banking, or Finance domains. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, scalable front-end applications using React.js & Next.js. Build and optimize backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js. Integrate third-party APIs, internal services, and data sources securely and efficiently. Design and implement cloud-based architectures and deployments on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, RDS, etc.). Collaborate with product teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across all application components. Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for smooth, automated deployments. Debug production issues and provide long-term, maintainable solutions. Follow best practices for coding standards, architecture, documentation, and testing. Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills React.js ? Strong UI development experience, hooks, state management, component architecture. Next.js ? SSR, SSG, routing, API routes, performance optimization. Node.js ? Backend development, Express.js/Nest.js frameworks, RESTful API creation. API Integration ? Experience with REST/GraphQL, authentication flows (OAuth/JWT). AWS Cloud ? Hands-on experience with EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, CloudFormation, etc. Databases ? MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB. Strong understanding of microservices architecture, caching, queues, and security protocols. Good experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Domain Expertise (Mandatory) Must have worked in Forex, Insurance, Banking, or Finance sectors. Solid understanding of industry workflows, compliance, data security, and regulatory requirements. Soft Skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. A team player with ownership and accountability mindset.
