Role Overview We?re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Tech & Product team and help shape the next generation of Aerem?s digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a user-first approach, and the ability to work cross-functionally with design, tech, and business teams to build intuitive and scalable products. This role will directly contribute to the evolution of Aerem?s solar financing and partner platforms , enabling smoother journeys for MSMEs, lenders, and installers. Responsibilities Develop high-performance, responsive web applications using React.js . Build reusable, modular, and scalable React components that form the foundation of a robust design system. Create seamless, polished user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience and performance. Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage application state effectively across complex data flows. Identify, debug, and resolve UI and performance bottlenecks . Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into functional, elegant web interfaces. Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem tools and libraries (e.g., React Query, Redux, Zustand). Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript . We are hiring across levels SDE1 (Associate / Executive ), SDE2 (Sr Executive / Assistant Manager) & SDE3 (Manager / Mid Sr) Deep expertise in React.js , including component architecture, hooks, and lifecycle management. Proven ability to design and implement reusable, efficient, and well-structured React components . Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar). Familiarity with API integrations , asynchronous requests , and error handling . Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization , responsive design , and cross-browser compatibility . Hands-on experience with build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.). Proficient in Git and comfortable working in agile, collaborative environments.
