The Opportunity

UST is looking for Frontend Developer.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional frontend components.
• Build reusable components and maintain design consistency.
• Implement cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Framework & Library Development.Develop applications using frameworks such as:
• React.js / Angular / Vue.js (as applicable)
• Implement state management (Redux, Context API, NgRx, etc.).
• Integrate REST APIs and handle asynchronous data flows.
• Optimize rendering performance and code efficiency
• UI/UX Collaboration
• Work closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Ensure usability, accessibility (WCAG standards), and responsiveness.
• Improve user experience based on feedback and analytics
• API & Backend Integration
• Consume RESTful APIs and manage authentication flows (JWT, OAuth).
• Handle error states and edge cases effectively.
• Optimize API interaction and loading states.
• Performance & Optimization
• Improve page load times and frontend performance.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Implement lazy loading and code splitting.
• Optimize assets and improve Lighthouse scores.
• Testing & Deployment
• Write unit and integration tests (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines.
• Use Git for version control and collaboration.
• Support production releases and bug fixes.
• Primary Skills:
• Strong proficiency in: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• One major frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue)
• Experience with: Responsive design (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material UI)
