Role Description The Front Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Kyzen Hotel in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email. The role involves coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are prepared and guest requests are fulfilled promptly. The Front Office Executive maintains accurate records, processes payments, and addresses guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining a tidy reception area, following established hotel policies, and supporting smooth front office operations.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Front Office skills to manage guest interactions, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes effectively.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with guests and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.
  • Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, including phone handling, documentation, and basic administrative tasks at a hotel front desk or similar environment.
  • Relevant hospitality or hotel operations experience, preferably in a front office or guest-facing role.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and hotel management or reservation systems is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a certificate or degree in hospitality or a related field is beneficial.
