Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Purulia for a Front Line Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. The Front Line Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team, ensuring their performance aligns with organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, achieving business targets, providing training and development opportunities for the team, and maintaining excellent communication and coordination among team members. The role requires the ability to foster a positive work environment that encourages productivity and supports professional growth. Qualifications Strong People Management and Team Management skills to motivate, guide, and lead a diverse group effectively. Proficiency in Operations Management to ensure smooth execution of daily processes and achievement of organizational objectives. Excellent Communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. Experience in Training team members to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with organizational standards and goals. Ability to function in an on-site role, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment. Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is an advantage.
