Responsibilities: Develops efficient, elegant, clean, reusable code with no unnecessary complication or abstraction. Deliver tech upgradation to software?s that require critical upgrades Ensure Production issues are addressed in timely way Mentor other engineers and developers by providing technical and business-related guidance Participate in complex architectural discussions that involve multiple systems. Identify?any?product/functionality?gaps?and collaborate internal product and technology teams to define the necessary development to support solution delivery. Drive operation excellence. Pro-active response in identifying and troubleshooting integration or technical issues. Challenge the status quo when needed. Ownership and strive for excellence in your role. ? Requirements: Minimum 3-6 years of experience as UI developer. CGPA in resume required (Min > 60%) 8+ years of proficiency in front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They should have a solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Frontend Engineers must be detail-oriented and strive for pixel-perfect designs. They should be able to implement designs provided by UX/UI designers accurately, paying close attention to typography, layout, and color. Accessibility, responsive design and performance are table stakes during development. Problem-solving and critical thinking: Frontend Engineers should be able to solve problems and think critically about the design and functionality of the user interface. They should be able to break down complex problems into smaller parts and find solutions to them. They should also be able to anticipate potential issues and come up with solutions to prevent them from occurring. Communication and soft skills: Engineer should be able to work with different stake holders (product manager, tech leads and UX), clearly able to articulate the requirements and their work.
